Return Policy
All products sold in our store are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer preference.
Please make sure to review the product description, size guide, and product images carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will assist you.
European Union Notice
For customers located in the European Union, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
